Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must be in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process, including the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Product: Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Refunds

After approval, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition or has missing parts.
  • The return is initiated after 7 days (subject to approval).

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
